Join Grace Studios for FREE outdoor Yoga on the Plaza in Downtown Silver Spring every Wednesday at 6:30pm (weather permitting). All are welcome to join for these fun community all levels flow classes! Please bring a your own yoga mat and water bottle. These classes are free but you must register in advance to attend.
