Jan is Docs In Progress’ 2020 Filmmaker-In-Residence. Perfect Strangers raises questions about what motivates an individual towards an extreme act of compassion. The film follows Ellie as she embarks on an unpredictable, four-year journey of twists and turns, determined to give away one of her kidneys. A live Q&A with Jan will follow.
