Create Unique Flower Collages with Modern Techniques!
Learn how to use modern collaging techniques to make a unique art piece. Guests will use a flower bouquet template to create their own collage. Instructor Ariana R-G will guide you through her unique approach of building a collage composition using magazine clippings, card stock, and paint pens. During the workshop, we'll discuss color, texture, and depth. Whether it's your first time collaging or you’re a pro, this workshop will have you looking at magazines in a new way.
All materials will be provided.
About Your Instructor:
Ariana R-G is a DC-based mixed-media artist, illustrator, and creative strategist. Her unique collage style is a blend of magazine cuttings, paint, and hand embroidery, inspired by the bright colors, patterns, and needlework of her Puerto Rican and Mexican backgrounds.
