Take some time for self-care! Mindfulness is the act of being fully present -- which isn't always easy. In this workshop, practice different approaches to creating your own patterns, and learn about elements you can consider in your drawing, such as composition and balance. This session will include black and white doodles, as well as a chance to add in some color!
