“Holy F**k! Someone wrote the title of my autobiography!”
That’s what I yelled in the summer of 1987 while walking by a t-shirt shop in Rehoboth Beach, DE. Since that day, I’ve had this idea in the back of my mind to tell the stories from my life with this as the theme. There have been many variations of the plan. Would it be a screenplay? A book? Maybe just a really long Facebook post? Now, I have the answer.
I was once a five-year old directing musicals on the playground at recess, now I’m a 56 year-old writing, directing, and performing in my first one-woman show! It’s a long time to have a dream but with this brain nothing is too late. It’s exactly on time because now I have many more stories to tell!
Come see why I started to cuss like a sailor in highschool; how I found my voice and then forgot to use it; and how marriage and mothering kicked my ass.
Good or bad it has to be done because fulfilling a dream is making me buzz!
And that is definitely LOVELY!
