Harmony & Flavors: A Wine & Jazz Dinner with Marcus Johnson
On Sunday, October 8, DC jazz legend Marcus Johnson will perform at a wine and jazz dinner at J.Hollinger’s restaurant in downtown Silver Spring. The event will also feature some of the wines from Johnson’s FLO “For the Love Of” label.
What: “Harmony & Flavors: A Wine & Jazz Dinner with Marcus Johnson”. An unforgettable wine & jazz dinner at J. Hollinger’s featuring a live performance by renowned jazz musician Marcus Johnson. Guests will enjoy an evening of exquisite taste and exceptional music and discover the perfect harmony between ambiance, flavors, and melodies.
When: Dinner and Show: Sunday, October 8th, Seating times available are 5:15 PM., 5:30 PM and 5:45 PM; Show starts at 6 p.m.

UPPER DINING ROOM: $30 per person ticket plus $40 minimum food and beverage spend per person.
LOWER DINING ROOM: $25 per person ticket plus $40 minimum food and beverage spend per person.

About the Artist: Marcus Johnson is an independent Billboard-ranked, internationally acclaimed jazz keyboardist, music producer, and NAACP Image Award Nominee. He is the director of FLO “For the Love Of” brands, a company that houses both a music and a wine label. He is the CEO and President of Marimelj Entertainment Group (which he co-founded with BET founder Robert L. Johnson), Three Keys Music and Three Keys Publishing. Marcus Johnson attended Montgomery Blair High School and lives in Silver Spring. He’s also a co-founder of the Silver Spring Jazz Fest.
About the venue: J. Hollinger’s Waterman’s Chophouse in downtown Silver Spring is known for chophouse classics, fresh seafood, including $1 Chesapeake oysters daily during happy hour, craft cocktails, and hyper-seasonal local produce. J.Hollinger’s is the third and largest Montgomery County restaurant from chef and restaurateur Jerry Hollinger. J.Hollinger’s is conveniently located two blocks from the Silver Spring metro, has free parking, and is available for private and semi-private events.
