Trailer Night is an opportunity to meet others in the documentary community and to provide feedback to several filmmakers on their trailers. Trailer Night is moderated by Angela Pinaglia, Docs Board member and Docs Fellow alumna.
The Documentary Roundtable/Trailer Night is a regular program co-hosted by Docs In Progress and Women in Film and Video of Washington DC that alternates most months. The event is virtual, and you will receive the Zoom link one day before it begins. We are looking forward to meeting you there!

🎥 REBRANDING PEACE by Cheryl Crim
Viewers are taken on the journey of Julia Roig, Board Chair of the Alliance for Peacebuilding, and Doug Burnett, an advertising creative, as they initiate an initiative to advocate for peace. Collaborating with thought leaders, they conceive an ad campaign designed to give 'peace teeth' by repurposing tools of conflict in support of peace.
🎥 SAVIORS OF OUR SEAS by Chris Lett
Filmmaker Chris Lett joins activist Victor Dzokoto in uncovering the environmental crisis threatening Ghana's coastal communities. As foreign fishing fleets exploit marine resources, Victor exposes the devastating impact on local ecosystems and livelihoods.
