This is the 12th year of the Community Stories Film Festival presented by Docs In Progress. The festival focuses on local documentaries made by local filmmakers from MD, DC, and Northern Virginia.
Our 2022 edition will be held virtually with live Q&As on March 11-13. You can start watching all films for free on Tuesday, March 8!

What began in 2010 as a one-night showcase of Docs In Progress student work, has grown to become a weekend series of public screenings of films by everyone, from professional filmmakers to first-time adult and youth filmmakers, sharing stories from our local community.
