U.S. Premiere

In Alejandro Quiroga's captivating neo-Western, Gregorio (Fernando Arze Echalar, SEALED CARGO) has been dealt a rough hand: his wife is dead and his farmland is barren. In the sleepy southern town of Rosillas, Bolivia, all the water has been diverted to wealthy Argentine landowner Colonel Iglesias (César Bordón, CHARCOAL, WILD TALES). Failing to make ends meet while caring for his young son and elderly parents, Gregorio's anger and resentment grows. While the rest of the town may have resigned themselves to their fate, Gregorio refuses to give up the fight, taking one last stand against inequality.
